With Relish was founded in December 2021 by Chef Jordan - a 27 year old private chef, caterer, & entrepreneur originally from the Bay Area but raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an LV native for over 20 years Chef Jordan has been passionate about food, culinary arts, & events since a young girl.

She has been in the kitchen since age five with her grandmother who also owned her own catering company. Paying homage to her heritage, Chef Jordan named her company in honor of her late grandmother.

Chef Jordan has traveled & cooked in many states since the conception of With Relish; planting her roots back home in Las Vegas January of 2025.
